How do I return an online purchase?
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of your purchase. You may return an online purchase to the address that will be provided. Another method that can be used is returning in person at a drop off that will also be provided. Please note that all items can be returned or refunded for excluding the following: wax sticks, detangling hairbrushes, and any customized products that have been made to order.
When can I expect to receive my order after purchasing it?
Customers may expect to receive their order anywhere from 3-7 days after the purchase. Please understand that a lot of products are popular demand and may be on back order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Typically free shipping is only offered if there has been a misunderstanding with the customers order or the customer has spent the required amount in order to receive free shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have already made the purchase?
Yes, orders are eligible to be altered after they have been purchased and refunds are also acceptable after the payment as well.
When and How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be returned in the form of payment in which they were purchased. Please allow for a 3-5 day grace period for all refunds, exchanges, or returns.
